1lb cooked shirmp
1lb lump crab meat
1 small/med red pepper, chopped
1 small jalapeno chopped(seeds removed)
1 tsp minced garlic
1/4 cup organic all purpose flour
4 cups chicken broth
2 red potatoes diced small
16 oz frozen corn
1/2 red onion diced
cayenne pepper
salt and pepper
1 bay leaf


How Do I Make Crab, Shrimp Corn Chowder?

Here is how you make Crab, Shrimp Corn Chowder:

Slice up the onions and peppers and saute. Add garlic and jalapeno, saute a minute more. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the flour to until well combined about one minute. Stir in chicken broth and potatoes and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the whipping cream, corn, lump crab meat, cayenne and bay leaf. Simmer for 15 min more.
