Here is how you make Shrimp Etouffee:

Season shrimp generously with creole seasoning or salt and pepper. Stir paprika into margarine in saucepan. Saute shrimp in margarine for 5 minutes. Remove shrimp; set aside. Add green pepper and garlic. Saute for 10 minutes. Return shrimp to mixture. Add 1 cup water and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Adjust seasonings. Add mixture of corn starch and a small amount of water gradually. Cook until slightly thickened.
