Here is how you make Healthy Indian Shrimp Masala:

Chop Onions and mushrooms into fairly large pieces, and crush or very finely chop the garlic.Add 2 teaspoons of olive oil to a large pan or wok and heat to a high heat.Add the onions and garlic to the oil and fry until the onions begin to soften.Add the chopped tomatoes, coriander leaf, curry powder, and cumin seed. Cook over a medium heat for around ten more minutesAdd the frozen shrimp and yogurt and mix in well, and add cornstarch to thicken the sauce if necessary.
