2 fresh zucchini, sliced
4 Tbl, butter
1 tsp, Lemon Pepper
pinch of salt
1/4 c, white wine (for flavor--this is optional--nutritional info includes it)
1/2 lemon

Here is how you make Shrimp Bowls:

Cook rice using your favorite method (boil-in-bag, saucepan, rice cooker).While rice is cooking, place butter in large pan on med heat to melt. Once butter is halfway melted add veggies. Cook for 3-4 min. Veggies should be slightly crunchy.Add shrimp, lemon pepper, salt and wine to veggie mix. Cook for 3-4 more min or until shrimp is heated through.Place rice into 4 individual bowls. Scoop shrimp and veggie mixture on top of rice. Squeeze a little lemon juice in each bowl.
