Here is how you make Spricy Shrimp and Shirataki:

Makes one servingPlace shrimp in a collander under cold running water to thaw, or let thaw in refridgerator for several hours.Drain shirataki in a collander under cold water with shrimp.Meanwhile bring a pot of water to a boil with the red pepper flakes, salt, onion powder, and parsley flakes. Place frozen spinach on a microwave safe dish and cook in micro on high heat for 5 minutes.By the time that water is at a rolling boil, the shrimp and shirataki should be ready to throw in. The spinach in the microwave should be cooked as well. Transfer the shrimp and shirataki to the boiling water and the spinach from the microwave to the collander. Run the spinach under cold water until cool enough to squeeze excess water out with your hands. Once spinach is drained, throw in a frying pan over medium heat with a few sprays of I can't believe its not butter spray. Sprinkle was salt and pepper to taste. After about 5 minutes, drain the shirataki and shrimp from the pot and add to the frying pan with the spinach. Keep over heat for several minutes (about 5) then sprinkle the shredded cheese over the ingredients. Add additional red pepper flakes, parsley, and onion powder to taste.
