Here is how you make Molly's Shrimp Down South:

Make butter noodles according to package directions (use the 3 T. margarine). In saucepan, melt stick of butter, saute seasoning blend (available frozen, or you can chop your own fresh) until vegetables soften. Add shrimp & drained Rotel. When noodles are done, add Velveeta to noodles, stir over medium heat til cheese melts. Add shrimp & vegetables to noodles & melted cheese, stir well.
