2 tsp canola oil
2 cups bok choy chopped
3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
3 tbsp chili garlic sauce

Here is how you make Spicy Shrimp and Bok Choy stir fry:

In a large bowl combine shrimp, scallion whites and garlic. In a wok or large skillet heat oil over medium high heat. Add shrimpmixture and cook through 3 to 4 minutesuntil shrimp is pink. Tranfer to a bowl and set aside. Retunr pan to heat and add bok choy. Cover and cook until crisp tender 3 to 4 minutes. Drain any liquid from pan. Add bok choy and shrimp to pan and add soy sauce and chili garlic sauce. cook breifly to coat shrimp and bok choy.
