1 8oz bag of frozen peppers (or 1.25 fresh)
1 medium zucchini (about 7 oz)
.5 cup peas
.5 can of sliced water chestnuts
2 large scalions
1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp mirin
.5 teaspoon agave nectar
2 tbsp cornstarch

Here is how you make Shirataki Noodle Shrimp Stir-fry:

Put water on to boil and heat wok. Rinse noodles and set aside.Chop garlic and grate ginger. Set aside.Cut peppers into long strips if using fresh instead of frozen. Set asideChop zucchini into .25 inch slices, cut slices in half or quarters so that they're bite-sized.
