Here is how you make Shrimp and Sprout Stir Fry:

Heat oil in skillet or wok on medium high. Add onion and carrot, and let cook while preparing pea pods and sprouts. From this point, add soy sauce to pan mixture periodically. Add pea pods and sprouts, stir. Remove tails from shrimp if you need to, and coarsely chop. Add to pan. Add spices and final soy sauce. Stir, and let cook 1 or 2 minutes.Serve hot over rice.
