Then pull off the tails if they are still on. Stir fry the shrimp in a non stick pan with the ginger, (and minced garlic if using) adding a little water if necessary. Sprinkle with Old Bay Seasoning if you wish and garlic powder if not using fresh garlic.Remove Shrimp to a large serving bowl and set aside. Add the onion to the pan with 1 tablespoon of Bragg's and water as needed. Stir fry until mostly cooked. Add asparagus, and the other tablespoon of Braggs and stir fry until done as you like -- cover pan and let steam briefly to cook the asparagus a little faster. When veggies are cooked to your liking, stir in the shrimp and stir fry until heat through. Spoon the whole mixture back into the serving bowl -- or just divide in half onto 2 plates.
