Heat large wok or saucepan over medium high heat. Add olive oil, garlic and ginger, and stir fry for about a minute. Add shrimp and soy sauce and stir fry for about 3 minutes, or until shrimp are mostly pink. Add the rest of the veggies, the mirin, black and red pepper and sesame seeds, and stir fry for about 2-3 minutes. Add rice and stir fry another minute.
