Here is how you make Shrimp Soba Stirfry:

Boil a small pot of water to a roiling boil. Add one bundle of soba noodles (usually 2oz uncooked). Cook the noodles 5 minutes, then add in 3oz frozen shrimp. Continue cooking until noodles reach desired consistency and shrimp are fully cooked (another 5-6 mins).While the noodles cook, roughly chop a red pepper until you have about 1/2 cup. You can also add in yellow, green, orange peppers instead. Dice the clove of garlic, set aside.Prepare your fry pan or wok by heating 1tsp of sesame oil and 1tsp of olive oil on medium. When oil is heated, add in snow peas and peppers. Allow them to sautee for a minute or two. Next add in soy sauce and garlic.Drain soba noodles and shrimp and immediately add them to the fry pan/wok. Toss the noodles and shrimp gently into the veggie mix. Sautee for another 1-2 minutes.
