Here is how you make Joe's Red Thai Shrimp:

Saute vegetables til crisp tender, remove; add in thai red curry paste with garlic and saute til heated through; add in shrimp and saute til just under cooked and remove to vegetables. Pour in a cup of stock (have a cooled half cup with a tablespoon of cornstarch mixed into it nearby). When stock is hot spoon in slurry til sauce reaches the thickness you like; some may want more starch to stock. Taste, add in sugar, taste again; adjust as needed. We have to have low sodium.
