Here is how you make Lemon Shrimp and Zucchini Kabobs:

Mince garlic, and onion in food processor, add maragarine and rest of Garlic Sauce ingredients.Peel shrimp (if not already peeled). Alternate on skewer, shrimp, mushroom, bacon and zucchini. Brush with Garlic Sauce.Cook in broiler for 3 mins. on each side or grill skewers on grill for 6 minutes on each side. Brush each side with garlic Sauce.
