1 pound of ground turkey 93/7
1/2 c brown rice
1/2 c finely chopped onion (I?m going to add garlic too)
1 can of Healthy Request Tomato Soup
1/2 can of water
garlic to taste
1/2 t of salt,1/4 t pepper.


Sometimes I use a head of cabbage instead of slaw.

Directions: I spray the crock. Place 2 c of slaw mixture on bottom Ground turkey next( I dont cook this, some people do..fry it up before placing in crock) Next is the brown rice, onion. 2 more cups of slaw mix can of soup, mixed with water...pour over everything...season with salt and pepper. I cook it 4 hrs on low. My crockpot cooks hotter then should I think. You can also make in oven cook at 350 for 1 hr. Serves 6Serving Size:?6
