1. Coat large pot with cooking spray. 2. Saute veggies for 3 minutes. 3. Add chicken (or vegetable stock) to pot and bring to boil4. Add all beans, reserving about 1/4 of each can. 5. Bring soup to a boil, then lower heat to low, cover, and simmer.6. Pour remaining beans in blender/food processor and blend until smooth.7. Add bean puree to pot.8.
