1/2 pound all natural slab turkey bacon diced
2 medium-size onions, sliced thin
2 carrots, thinly sliced
4 quarts water
1 cup thinly sliced celery
2 large potatoes, pealed & grated
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (add more if you like spicy)
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder 2 bay leaves
1 meaty smoked turkey wing or leg
1 cup of heavy cream
1/2 cup of butter
1 cup of chicken broth
Seasoned with Sea salt and pepper to taste

Here is how you make Multi-Bean cream SOUP:

Wash the dried beans. Cover beans with cold water and soak over night. (Next Day) Remove bacon and add onions & carrots to bacon drippings and saut? until onions are golden brown. Drain beans. Add water,smoke turkey, bean, slab turkey bacon, celery, potatoes and cayenne pepper to onions and carrots in large sauce pan. Cover; simmer over low heat for 3 to 4 hours. Remove smoke turkey bone. Cut meat off bone and return meat to sauce pan. Remove and discard Bay leaves. In separate sauce pan add chicken broth and butter,Combine 1 cup broth and butter in small saucepan. Bring to boil and cook until liquid is reduced to 1/2 cup and has a syrupy consistency.
