Heat olive oil in a big pot. When the oil is hot add chopped tomato, red onion and beef bouillon cube. Sautee the veggies until they become very soft. Add seasonings. Chop potatoes (skins optional) and add to pot. Drain red beans and add to pot. Add 3 cups of water and bring to a boil, then let simmer for 20 minutes. Bake tilipia in separate pan. After the soup has been simmering for 20 minutes add the tilipia, allow to simmer another 10 minutes. Removed from heat and then serve!Serving Size:?4
