Saute onion and garlic in heated olive oil until translucent.Add Chicken Broth, broccoli and cauliflower. Simmer 30 minutes.Make smooth with blender or immersion blender.Add 2 cups potato flakes, stir in and let sit for a minute, stir again.Stir in cheese.Season to taste with salt, lemon pepper, thyme, cayenne pepper.Serve with Hot Crusty French Bread and/or browned slices of sausage.
