Cook bow tie pasta according to package directions.While pasta cooks, put three cans of tuna (with water) into a heated skillet. Cook until there is little to no liquid in the pan.Add spinach to pan, cook until reduced and soft.Drain pasta, add to tuna/spinach mixture.Pour mixture into casserole dish, and mix in 1/4 cup of mozzarella.
