1 C. Beer
3 C. Chicken Stock
3 C. Cheddar Cheese
3 Strips of Turkey Bacon

How Do I Make Beer Cheddar Soup?

Here is how you make Beer Cheddar Soup:

Mix chopped peppers, onions, grated carrots, and celery in a large saute pan with butter. Cook until veggies are soft, stirring frequently. Put softened veggies and chopped bacon in a blender with 1/2 cup of milk and puree. Pour mixture back into pan and add flour to thicken. Then add remaining milk, chicken stock, and beer and bring to a boil. Then add cheddar cheese and stir until melted. Sprinkle some garlic salt to add some extra flavor. Let set for a few minutes and it's ready to serve. Great with warmed crusty bread or other dipping veggies. Enjoy!
