What Are The Ingredients For Cele-Flower Soup Recipe?The ingredients for Cele-Flower Soup are: 1 onion peeled and chopped1 whole head celery (or 7 large stalks) chopped 1 head cauliflower (large) trimmed & chopped 2 tbsp olive oil 4 cups organic low-sodium vegetable broth 2 cups Almond Breeze "almond milk" salt and pepper to taste 2 - 4 cloves chopped fresh garlic fresh grated Parmesan cheese (1 tbsp per serving) dash Bragg Liquid Aminos (or soy sauce if you don't have the Braggs) How Do I Make Cele-Flower Soup?Here is how you make Cele-Flower Soup: 1. Take a little of the vegetable broth and steam fry the onion and chopped garlic clove in a large soup pot until soft but not browned. 2. Pulse chop the celery and the cauliflower in a food processor (using an S blade) until finely chopped.3. Add celery & cauliflower mix to the soup pot and warm until tender. Slowly add more of the vegetable broth until all is used and mixture is warm. Salt & pepper to taste.4. Add almond milk and simmer about 15 minutes.5. Let soup cool, and puree in a blender until smooth. When you are ready to serve, re-heat soup in the microwave in individual bowls OR re-heat portion needed in pot. Serve in bowls. Add 1 squirt of Bragg liquid amino OR soy sauce (if you don't have the Braggs) to the center of the soup in bowl, and top with one tbsp of grated fresh parmesan cheese to the center of the bowl.
