1 lg can petite diced tomatoes
2 can mild rotel
1 can blackbeans
1 can lt kidney beans
2 can shoepeg corn
2 packets of ranch dressing powder mix
1 packet of taco seasoning
Brown meat in pan, then put all ingredients together in crock pot.
I usually cook it for about 4 hrs on highest setting so he can get right into it. He likes it with frito scoops and shredded cheese. (I did not include those into my nutrition calculations.)
