2 TBSP flour

Here is how you make Zuchinni Cream Soup:

Mix first four ingredients into pot and put on medium heat. Cover and cook until vegetables are tender. While it is cooking put butter in sauce pan and melt. Then add flour and mix. Cook for a minute or two. Then add milk. Stir dissolving flour mixture into milk. Cook until it comes to a boil over medium heat. Continue to cook for one to two minutes after it comes to a boil. Shredded cheese and added to milk mixture. Continue to cook until all cheese is melted stirring continuously. When vegetables are tender place in blender and blend until vegetable mixed in a puree.Combine vegetable mixture and milk mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste.
