You want to make sure that you use the stems they are just as important as the main part. The pot should be big enough to boil the cauliflower. Bring it to a boil, lower the heat to medium. Boil until soft.Combine the can of beets and the ICBbutter in the blender and blend until pureed- Place in the new pot.Once the cauliflower is cooked drain the water a put in the blender add the broth and Puree. Once its pureed add it to the other ingredients in the other pot. After all the ingredients (except the cream cheese) is added bring the pot to a simmer.
