Here is how you make Potato and Cauliflower Soup:

Makes 4 12oz servings.Bring peeled, sliced potatoes, onion, garlic and skim milk to a boil. Let simmer for about 5-7 minutes, then add cauliflower, cooking an additional 5 minutes until soft. Season to taste. Put all contents into a blender/food processor and puree until thin (or the consistency of your choice). You may top with turkey bacon or cheese (however this was not figured into the nutrition values).
