Brown kielbasa in stock pot then add onions, celery, carrots & garlic & cook until translucent. Add potatoes then stock and enough water to cover vegetables. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are very soft. Use a potato masher or the back of a wooden spoon to partially mash the potatoes until the soup is the consistancy you like.
