1. Cook Onion, celery & bell peppers (trinity) until translucent. Put in bowl and set aside 2. Sear off beef scraps (in same pot as before ) leave on bone . Put in bowl and set aside 3. Mix broth base , garlic powder , dill weed , paprika , rosemary ,worcestershire sauce , pepper & salt with 4 cups water 4. Poor mixture and trinity back in pot add carrots (peeled and sliced 3/4 inch long) , canned tomatoes (drained and quartered ) and 1 box chicken broth .bring to boil 5. Quarter red potatoes add to pot . Boil for 10 min and reduce temp medium 6. Add in 1 can each corn , green beans and beef (cut meat off bone if desire) to pot add water till covers ingredients. 7. Cook uncovered for 1 hr stirring every 20 min. 8. Test carrots and potatoes for tenderness.
