8-12 Pieces or 1.5 cups of Frozen Artichoke Hearts
2-3 Cups of shredded or cut Rotisserie Chicken (I used Lemon Pepper)
1 Sweet Apple Chicken Sausage Link

Here is how you make "Sweet Sweat" Soup:

Toss everything together and cook it on High for 20 minutes. Then cover and turn to a low simmer for up to two hours.You can add and take out any ingredients you want to. I also added an extra cup of water at the end once the broth/water and cooked down. I also cooked 1 cup of Barley and on the side. You can add barley to the soup as you eat it.
