Here is how you make Chunky Turkey Soup:

In a large pan over high hear, boil the turkey and in the pan add salt, garlic salt, parsley & onion powder. With a slotted spoon, transfer to a 5 qt. slow cooker or stock pot. Add onion, carrot, celery, and the seaoning. In a small bowl, whisk the soup and the broth until blended; stir into slow cooker or stock pot.Cover and cook on low for 4 hours in a crock pot or until vegetables are tender. Stil in peas & cream.
