Here is how you make Turkey Meatloaf with Homemade Creamed Soup:

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt 2 Tbsp butter then add 2 Tbsp flour and whisk until smooth and the flour smell is gone. Add the chicken stock slowly while whisking to keep sauce smooth. Then slowly add cream. Keep whisking. Let sauce come to a simmer and thicken slightly. Then take it off heat and let it cool - whisking every so often...In a large bowl place ground turkey, crushed crackers, and egg. Mix together and slow add 1/4 of the sauce and mix again. (your trying not to scramble the egg) Added another 1/4 of the sauce and mix. Place meat mixture in a greased pie plate and spoon flat.
