Here is how you make Irish Vegetable Soup:

Makes approximately 8-10 servings.Melt the butter in a large stock pot. Add the garlic, onion, carrots and potatoes and cook over medium-high heat until the vegetable soften, approximately 10 minutes. Add the cabbage, corn, peas, and green beans, and cook until the potatoes are fork tender, approximately 15 minutes. Transfer the vegetables into a food processor, and puree. Transfer the vegetable puree back into the stock pot, add the chicken stock, juice from the lemon, and a few dashes of worcestershire sauce.
