1 can beer
4 cups Beef Broth
6 ounces cooked shrimp
Handful of frozen or fresh broccoli, chopped small
1 package frozen spinach
1 medium zucchini
1 cup egg noodles
1 potato
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 onion
1 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Here is how you make Shrimp and Vegetable Soup:

Combine beef broth, chicken broth, and beer, and boil until all foam from beer dissipates. Chop potato and add. Chop onion and zucchini and sweat in olive oil, with a pinch of salt. When onion begins to brown add to liquid. Add broccoli and spinach as well (no need to thaw). Add garlic, salt and pepper, parsley (or any herb you like) and frozen (or fresh) shrimp and continue to boil for 20-30 minutes (until potatoes are soft).
