6 cups Water
1 egg white beaten
1 cup rice
3 tsp salt
2 garlic cloves minced
2 tbsp corn starch (optional)

Kibi meatballs:

1 lb Ground Turkey (originally ground beef use 93-7 if you wish for the same calorie count)
1 cup bulgur wheat (#2)
1/2 cup onion
4 tbsp full of dry spearmint
3 tsp salt
