Add ground turkey and brown, about 5 minutes. Add Taco Seasoning, black beans, corn, olives and stewed tomatoes. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Just before serving mix in the cheese.Variation: do not add cheese to the mix. Pour mix into a baking dish or a cast iron pan. Top with corn bread mix. Bake on 325 until corn bread begins to turn golden on top. Spread cheese over top, and cook til browned.
