1 lb. ground turkey
3 slices turkey bacon
1 med. onion, diced
1/2 green bell pepper, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can healthy request tomato soup, plus 1 can water
1 lb. whole wheat spaghetti, cooked
salt and pepper to taste


How Do I Make Spaghetti Goulash?

Here is how you make Spaghetti Goulash:

In a large skillet, brown ground turkey and set aside. Cut bacon into short strips and brown, when crispy remove and set aside. Brown onion, garlic and bell pepper in turkey "drippings". Once soft, add ground turkey and bacon back into skillet. Add soup, 1 can of water and worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, bring water to boil and cook 1 lb. spaghetti to "al dente" - don't overcook the noodles!
