1 can no salt added diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
oregano, garlic powder (or diced), basil, pepper

Here is how you make Low Sodium Spaghetti:

-Put a pot of water on to boil for the pasta.-Start to saute the ground turkey (I do this in my large electric skillet). - Dice onion and add to turkey (add fresh or jarred garlic here if desired).- Once water is boiling, add pasta to cook (6-8 minutes).- Once turkey is browned, add the jar of sauce, can of tomatoes, and season heavily with oregano, basil, pepper, and garlic powder (if you didn't use fresh) , according to your own taste.- When pasta is done, drain and add to the skillet (or if your skillet is too small, combine into the pasta pot.)Top each serving with lemon juice (and parmesan cheese if desired, although this is not calculated into the nutrition.)Number of Servings: 6Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user MAINEROCKS.
