1/2 Fresh Snap Peas

1 cup Water Chestnuts
1 small Carrot - grated
1/4 tsp. Red Chinese Pepper
1/4 tsp. Ground Ginger (from jar)
2 tbl Teriyaki Sauce
Dash Garlic Powder
Dash Sea Salt
About 1/4 to 1/2 Cup of water


How Do I Make Deb's Spicy Chinese Goulash?

Here is how you make Deb's Spicy Chinese Goulash:

Spray a skillet with pam spray. Cut up chicken and all veggies and put in pan. Stir fry on high, browning chicken and veggies. Pan will have some brown pieces from frying. Add Teriyakiand ginger. Stir into veggies. Once all is coated with sauces, add a dash of garlic powder and sea salt. Gradually add water starting with 1/4 1st to make a light sauce. Serve over brown rice or eat alone.**Note** This dish will be spicy.
