Boil penne pasta al dente. Once done, put a side till sauce is done.In a separate pot, mix alfredo sauce, milk and water, (I just add this so I can get more sauce, if you don;t like it, you don;t have to add it) Bring to medium heat till hardly boiling, add spinach. Let it simmer fpr 6 to 8 minutes.
