Brown turkey with garlic. while browning mix in bowl 2 cups Ricotta and 1 cup mozzarella with spinach. Mix in one egg. grate celery into bowl and mix in cilantro. (this will be your filling ). Layer noodles on bottom of pan . Add spinach mix and top with ground turkey. Continue each layer as before. Layer top with remaining mozzarella and sprinkle with parmesean.
