Spread out two large piece of foil (or put 2 together) that measures approximately 12" x 12". Two fillets will be cooked in each. Spray liberally with cooking spray. Place half of the sliced squash in each foil square. Take leaves of fresh rosemary and spread over squash. Add fresh ground pepper to taste. Place 2 filets over each squash mixture. Gather ends of foil and fold several times. Fold ends the same way to make a sealed foil pouch. Put pouches on the grill and allow to cook 30-35 minutes. The juices in the catfish and the squash will make enough steam to cook the contents. No need to turn over.
