Here is how you make "Lasagna" Spaghetti Squash:

Roast the spaghetti squash until tender, 45 minutes in the oven or per package directions in the microwave. Place in 1.5 qt dish. Pour 1/4 cup spaghetti squash over the squash and mix well. Set aside.Remove casings from 2 Italian sausage links and crumble in large skillet. Brown over medium heat, then drain fat. Pour remaining spaghetti sauce over meat, turn heat down, stir well and cover. Cook for about 10 minutes.Heat oven to 350.Top squash mixture with Parmesan cheese, then with meat sauce. Sprinkle top with mozzarella cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until sauce is bubbly and cheese is completely melted. Turn oven to Broil and leave dish in oven for 2 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned.
