Here is how you make Spaghetti Squash Lasagna:

To cook squash, cut in half, pierce several times with a fork or sharp knife. Take out seeds. Put in a dish with about 1/2" water and microwave on HIGH for 10 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes and take a fork to pull down the insides of the squash, forming spaghetti. Place cooked spaghetti squash strands in a 9x13 casserole dish. Layer browned turkey, spaghetti sauce, cottage cheese and then shredded cheese on top of spaghetti squash.
