Here is how you make Minute Steaks with Flare:

Melt butter over medium-high heat. Sear both sides of steak, cooking about 2 minutes per side. Remove pan from heat, pour in 2 shots of Brandy and carefully flame the alcohal off (either with a match or by carefully tipping pan towards burner flame). Cook an additional 1-2 minutes. Whisk sherry and mustard together and pour over steaks and finish cooking until done.
