Here is how you make Harvest Stew:

coat pork (cut into 1 inch stew pieces) in the first 4 ingredients (reserve the left over coating). brown them in the oil on the stove, transfer to a 5-6 qt slow cooker, add all remaining ingredients (except squash and mixed vegetables) to slow cooker. Set to low for 6-7 hours / high for 3 hours. the last hour add vegetables and squash, if cooking on low turn to high for 1 hour.
