6 tbsp Wellsley Organic Coconut Oil
3 clove Garlic
6 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw

Chop veggies, put aside- Keep scallions seperate.Rinse crawfish; put aside. (mine were 12oz cooked & deshelled tails from Walmart)Dice the chicken breast; put aside.In large 8qt or larger stock pot- brown chorizo; remove from pot; put aside-leave drippings.Add chicken, cook, and put aside with chorizo.Add all veggies, cook til wilted.Throw in a creole seasoning, a few bay leaves, tomato paste, chicken, chorizo, oil and broths; bring to a simmer.Once simmering- add crawfish tails and scallions, stir.Season to taste, and serve!!Serving Size: 28 - 1 cup servingsNumber of Servings: 28Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user ARISISHELLE.
