Cut pork into 1/2" cubes. Place seasoning into flour and dredge pork in this coating. Fry pork in two tablespoons of oil and butter until lightly browned. Add to your pan drippings onions and Mushrooms to pick up the drippings, then add these to the dutch oven with the vegetables. Add to this the cider vinegar. Simmer until meat is tender.
