4 c. corn
4 c. nonfat milk
1 c. cream
1 lb. shrimp

How Do I Make Seafood Stew?

Here is how you make Seafood Stew:

Heat the butter until melted. Saute the onion until translucent, do not brown. Add the flour and make a paste. Cook for a few minutes then add the curry powder. Meanwhile, process the corn in a food processor until it is smooth. Add the corn to the onion mixture.Add the milk and cream and cook until almost boiling.Add the scallops and cook for 5 minutes.Add the shrimp and cook for another 2 minutes. If the lobster is already cooked at it after the shrimp has cooked for 2 minutes.
