Here is how you make Savory Squash Stew:

In a pot, saute onion and garlic 4 minutes. Add squash and potatoes, saute for 5 minutes. Stir in flour until dissolved. Add stock, mustard, cinnamon, and vinegar, and simmer over low heat about 30 minutes. Stir occasionally. Add peas and corn and cook another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
