1 t red pepper flakes (or, if you're like me and you like it a little more fiery, feel free to add more!)
4 cups veg broth (Rapunzel makes a great veg boullion that has no added salt or spices)
1 can (approx 400 ml) coconut milk
1 can (approx 400 g) diced tomatoes
1.5 cups dry red lentils
1 T cumin seeds
salt & pepper to taste
garnish with fresh cilantro
